| Ingredients |
| 2 Thin slices challah |
| 1 Ounce prepared honey mustard spread |
| 5 Ounces OVEN ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, thinly sliced |
| 2 Ounces Provolone, thinly sliced |
| 2 lettuce leaves, washed and dried |
| 2-3 Slices tomato |
| 4-6 Slices crisp cucumber |
| As needed sprouts |

- Spread challah with honey-mustard. Layer on the remaining ingredients to build a hearty sandwich. Top with the second slice of challah. Slice on the diagonal and serve with fresh fruit salad.
