Turkey Divan Bake
| Ingredients |
| 3 Gallons water |
| 4 Ounces salad oil |
| 5 Pounds spaghettini |
| 6 Ounces butter alternative |
| 1/2 Cup flour |
| 1 Tablespoon salt |
| 1 Teaspoon white pepper |
| 2 Quarts TURKEY BROTH |
| 1-1/2 Pounds sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 1 Quart low-fat milk |
| 5 Pounds PULLED TURKEY, ALL WHITE |
| 1 Pound broccoil cuts, cooked and drained |
| 1 Pound button mushrooms, cleaned, sliced and sauteed |
| |
- Bring water and oil to a rolling boil and cook spaghettini according to package directions.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter alternative. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- Whisk in turkey broth and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheese and milk until cheese is melted.
- Add cooked and drained spaghettini, turkey, broccoli and mushrooms to cheese sauce.
- Pour into prepared full size deep steam table pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven until bubbly and heated throughout, about 30 minutes.
