Turkey Divan Bake

Ingredients
3 Gallons water
4 Ounces salad oil
5 Pounds spaghettini
6 Ounces butter alternative
1/2 Cup flour
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Teaspoon white pepper
2 Quarts TURKEY BROTH
1-1/2 Pounds sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Quart low-fat milk
5 Pounds PULLED TURKEY, ALL WHITE
1 Pound broccoil cuts, cooked and drained
1 Pound button mushrooms, cleaned, sliced and sauteed
 
  1. Bring water and oil to a rolling boil and cook spaghettini according to package directions.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt butter alternative. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  3. Whisk in turkey broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and milk until cheese is melted.
  5. Add cooked and drained spaghettini, turkey, broccoli and mushrooms to cheese sauce.
  6. Pour into prepared full size deep steam table pans. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven until bubbly and heated throughout, about 30 minutes.
