Ingredients
1/2 Cup Dijon mustard
1/4 Cup honey
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons smoky barbecue sauce
2 Tablespoons sour cream
7 Cups fully cooked baked beans
1 Cup smoky barbecue sauce
1 Cup fresh yellow onion, diced and sauteed
1 Cup TURKEY BACON, cooked crisp, crumbled
10 Kaiser sesame rolls, sliced and grilled
5 Pounds ROASTED TURKEY BREAST, sliced
10 1-Ounce Slices Swiss cheese
10 1-Ounce Slices white Cheddar cheese
20 Slices TURKEY BACON, cooked crisp
2-1/2 Cups fresh button mushrooms, cleaned, sliced and sauteed
10 Leaves green leaf lettuce, washed, dried and chilled
10 Thin Slices red onion
 
Smoky Honey-Dijon Dressing
  1. Combine Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce and sour cream. Whisk well to blend. Cover and reserve.
 
Brown Sugar Baked Beans
  1. Combine beans, 1-cup barbecue sauce, onion and bacon in a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently. Hold warm for service.
 
Assembly
  1. For each sandwich, place bottom half of roll on flat surface. Spread with 1 tablespoon Smoky Honey-Dijon Dressing and top with 8-ounces roasted turkey slices, 1 slice each Swiss and Cheddar cheeses, 2 slices bacon and ¼ cup sautéed mushrooms.
  2. Spread top half of roll with 1 tablespoon Smoky Honey-Dijon Dressing.
 
Service
  1. Portion 2/3 cup baked beans into individual ramekin and place on plate with sandwich. Garnish plate with 1 lettuce leaf and 1 slice onion.
